These Terms of Service govern enquiries, bookings, sessions, communication, and related services offered by Alanis Da Sousa, trading as Goddess Alanis.
By making contact, requesting a booking, sending payment, or proceeding with a session, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms.
Enquiries and Bookings
Enquiries and booking requests may be made through the contact methods listed on this website, including email, messaging platforms, contact forms, and other stated communication channels.
A booking is only confirmed once it has been expressly accepted by Alanis.
Right to Refuse Service
Alanis reserves the right to refuse any enquiry, booking request, communication, or session at her sole discretion.
No explanation is required.
Deposits
Deposits may be required at the discretion of Alanis.
Where a deposit is requested, a booking will only be treated as confirmed once the deposit has been received in the agreed form.
Payment Methods
Accepted payment methods may include:

PayPal
IBAN bank transfer
Throne
Available payment methods may be changed or updated at any time.
Refunds
All payments made to Alanis are non-refundable.
This includes deposits, tributes, booking payments, and any other payment made in connection with a session, arrangement, or related service.
The only exception is where Alanis herself cancels a confirmed arrangement and chooses to issue a refund.
Cancellations
If a client cancels, any deposit already paid is forfeited.
No refund will be given for cancellations made by the client.
Rescheduling
Rescheduling is entirely at the discretion of Alanis.
If a new date or time cannot be agreed, or if scheduling does not allow for rearrangement, any deposit already paid will be forfeited.
Age Requirement
Services are available only to persons who meet the minimum legal age required in the country where the service is offered or takes place.
By making contact, requesting a booking, or proceeding with a session, you confirm that you meet the legal age requirement applicable to your jurisdiction and the relevant place of service.
Online Sessions
Online sessions are subject to the same general rules as in-person sessions, including payment, cancellation, rescheduling, age requirements, and the right to refuse service.
Additional conditions may be communicated directly where needed.
Travel Sessions
Travel sessions are arranged separately and are subject to individual agreement.
Because each arrangement differs, all terms, expenses, timing, and practical conditions must be discussed and agreed in advance.
No travel booking is considered confirmed until those terms have been clearly agreed.
Third-Party Platforms
OnlyFans and LoyalFans operate separately from this website.
Any purchases, subscriptions, payments, messaging, or content access through those platforms are governed exclusively by the native systems, rules, and policies of the relevant platform.
Conduct and Communication
Clients are expected to communicate and behave with respect, clarity, and basic dignity at all times.
Rude, aggressive, manipulative, invasive, time-wasting, or disrespectful behaviour may result in refusal of service, cancellation of communication, loss of booking priority, or immediate termination of the interaction.
Respect for boundaries, instructions, agreed terms, and professional conduct is required at all stages of contact and booking.
Scope of Service
All sessions, arrangements, communication, and services are subject to individual agreement between the client and Alanis.
Nothing on this website guarantees availability, acceptance of a booking, or the automatic provision of any service.
Changes to These Terms
These Terms of Service may be updated from time to time.
